Offered a decent partial refund. In the end, the shoe is still wearable and the seller made the appropriate accommodations. Very good business.

The seller contacted me when the item was shipped and was very kind. My notebook cover came very well wrapped for safe travels and is in perfect condition, as described. It is beautiful and well worth the cost.
