I wrote the seller and sent a pic and they apologized and said to contact eBay for a refund when everyone knows that the seller can easily issue a refund themselves. Seller has since been uncooperative in helping with said refund even though they apologized and acknowledged the need for a refund — in writing of course. Buyer beware with this seller as I see they have other recent negative reviews as well!
