        Terrible communication and slow to respond to a time sensitive shipment they were fully aware of. Going to send my own shipping label to ensure quick receipt (NDA), they quickly removed the shipping charge, but then wouldn't answer shipping info related questions and was quick to remind me that if we shipped at their speed, I would have the shipment already, however if they would have answered all questions asked, label would have been sent within minutes. Should charge them down machine costs!
