    A Great Common Sense Purchase

    While I only needed the high note horn, every example that I found available online required re-wiring to use the existing Ford plug in harness. Not only that but purchasing a single horn was almost the same price as buying this set, so why not replace BOTH horns and have a two new ones rather than a new and an old? Buying them as a set is just common sense, especially when the price is within a couple of bucks of just replacing one horn.

    Horn purchase update, one failed after two years of very limited use

    This horn set is listed for 2001-2011 Lincoln Town Car however, I used it on a 2019 Ford Explorer and will fit the 2011 to 2019 Explorers. I removed the horns from the Lincoln mounting bracket and used the existing Explorer bracket designed for two horns. In 2019 ford removed one horn from the Explorer and it sounded whiny. These horns have a great dual pitch tone sound that will be heard in traffic. These horns were used maybe a dozen times over a couple years and the high tone horn has failed. Never had a car horn fail. I don’t recommend

    Plug and Play Quality Horn

    Good quality horn, sounds like OEM, plug-and-play using the original wiring in my 2001 GMC Yukon. The best part is not having to splice any wires - the terminals/connectors are the same as the terminals/connectors on the OEM horn.
