Received promptly. In original packing, but did not seem to have never been taken out of package, as description indicated. The doll's feet were not in the shoes, and I had to maneuver them into the shoes, without taking doll out or damaging the box. Beautiful doll, very stiff hair!
A beautiful doll just like the original Julia, but I was very disappointed in her hair. Her hair is very stiff and doesn't move at all. I don't know anything about styling doll hair, so I haven't tried washing it. I think it must be glued together!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I wish I had deboxed this wonderful doll much sooner. Even though she has the odd spidery hands of much of the mod reissues, she is as close to the original doll as you can get. It's her wonderful black hair. All the vintage Julia's have had their hair change color, except the talker but the talker has a bubble cut hair-do.
