Flawed socket design.
Product works well, great for Illuminating paintings but has a flawed design in the lamp socket which requires an allen key to install and remove the lamp which makes it very difficult to change MR16 lamps. Original design did not have this feature and the MR16 lamps were installed easily by hand and the pins would sit tightly in the socket. This design makes changing bulbs very difficult and cumbersome.
