The seller was very unresponsive, but eventually told me that she had shipped me the incorrect ring and shipped another customer my ring (which was more expensive than the ring I received). The seller instructed me to ship the ring to the other customer, and then they would ship mine to me. I did so and paid for shipping, only never to hear back from the seller or receive my ring. I have also not been refunded Very unprofessional
