    Before I ordered, I messaged the seller to make sure this was a complete course. He said it was complete, so I ordered. I received 12 audio CDs. When I messaged him, he replied that the listing was for the audio course only. Carleton Sheets never sold an audio course alone; it was part of a complete package. If he had explained exactly what it was as thoroughly when I initially asked as he did after I got it and complained, I would have known. Beware of no refund sellers.

    Buyer asked if the item was intact and undamaged. It was brand new. Did not ask whether it was complete, or the complete course. Asked why it was not the complete course and just the audio CDs. He was confused when he received 12 CDs when he ordered an audio program course, and not the complete course. Item was accurately described as an audio program and not the complete course. I explained this after he messaged saying it was not the complete course.Feedback was left before refund was offered.

    Doesn't work with app

    I'm sure it's cool it doesn't work with the app. Disappointed that I can't use a remote instead of having to use app all the time. Cool lite though.
