    It worked perfectly right off the bat. I have an old Cisco 10/100 switch at home for devices that don't need a lot of bandwidth but I'd still like the entire switch to not be limited to a 100 megabit connection to the home network. Now I can have multiple devices going at the full 100 megabit speeds at once.
