      Parts arrived without the 4 nuts to attach to truck. Adhesive strips were absent as well. Picture on right is from his E-Bay listing and clearly shows the nuts and adhesive strips. I contacted seller and provided the pictures he requested. His resolution was to offer me a 20% refund and have me find my own flange nuts which leaves me with 2 pieces of useless plastic. Beware buying these from this seller!!!
