Device Hub 3.0 and valve not recommended for use with Samsung Smart Things
Product was purchased as recommended by Leak Smart Support technician as a means to connect Leak Smart Valve to Samsung Smart things water sensors. Could connect Leak smart Hub and Valve unstable connections had to redo 3 times. Never could get SmartThings App to connect with Leak Smart valve or hub. Technical Support at Leak Smart returned 2 calls initially but would not call back on connection ideas. Could not ever get it to connect or get help from anyone to solve. so returned valve and hub. Tankless Water Heaters of Utah was great in getting hub faster as requested and returning. They are a 5 start provider in my opinion. Rj

Can not install
When installing the hub, it first has to be updated on line but smart leak on line services are not working. Thus we were unable to install. The unit. If anyone know how to install we would be pleased to get the education!
