    May need an Engineering Degree

    The product is well constructed but comes in a lot of pieces. Instructions references numbers of parts. None of the parts are numbered. Very bad instructions. I eventually started just looking at the other reviewers photos to help. No tools provided. You'll need a spanner set. Do not put the weights on the guiding like before adding the cover bracket on the bottom. The instructions for that are in the wrong order. If you're not extremely determined or accustomed to building stuff, I wouldn't purchase this. Or have someone build it for you. Looks great when it's together and works well.

    Value for money but will require efforts to make it work

    Gym was close to my expectations. Assembly has taken 6-8 hours of hard work. Mostly because assembly manual is not good. Several times I had to re-do things because they were not mentioned in manual or mentioned wrong. For example, manual says to attach bottom brackets in the end of Step 2 well after installing weight plates. Weight plates, however, obstruct access to bolts and frame so I had to remove all weights, put brackets on and again load weight plates, which is not easiest job. And it's for me with my engineering degree and fair experience in building stuff and assembly. Expect tough work and some things to be different from the manual and a couple may have to be machined a little to fit. Some things are not included, like there is no cable for triceps.

    Pro flex multi gym

    Delivery was a little slow and the instructions were tricky to read but looking at the final picture helped. Was fairly easy to put together as have used similar equipment in a gym so knew what it should look like. Product is fantastic for the price, have had it just over a week and use it almost everyday and extremely happy with it.

    Multi gym

    First of all there were bolts missing which I emailed and I think they reimbursed me so that’s ok but still annoying. The instructions were very poor, very small pictures with little to no detail. Had to try to find a video on YouTube to try to work out how things go. Quality isn’t great, some parts are pretty flimsy. Overall it’s ok but it’s not great and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I know.

    Light exercise.

    Due to some major structure parts not being or sitting completely Horizontal straight, plus the elbow pad not being fully straight, minor adjustments in ones posture will be undertaken when beginning my exercise routine.
