    A good book to start you off in canning.

    The book does a very good work explaining how to get into canning and has a substantial number of quality canning recipes. There are a number of mouth wateringly good photographs of some of the recipes. I only wish I had bought it in hard cover instead of paperback.

    Totally wonderful book with creative, tried and tested recipes!

    This book contains way more than described. It contains recipes for things I have never heard of. Well worth what I spent and since my copy was used it had a very special note in it from the previous owner. I will never run out of canning ideas.
