Somehow the seller and I waited a while to see if it could be resolved by the post office or UPS but it could not. As a result per my request. the seller then promptly and without any argument, kindly refunded the entire price for me. This seller is an asset to Ebay. Thank You! AAA+++

It was in a polyethylene bag, for great protection from water and then was put in a light grey waterproof package, that had bubble wrap attached to it inside. It looked how it was described too.
