    Easy to install on my 2003 Explorer

    Shipping was fast and free. Purchase price was much less than going thru Ford. Blower motor for the heat/AC only worked on high. This part was the fix. Now all four speeds work. Part says made in China, but was an exact fit replacement for the Ford part. Easy to access - open the glove compartment, push the sides of the glove box in to release and drop down. Has a one year warranty. We will see how long it lasts
