Reached out to seller many times and finally reached out eBay on 7/26/24. I purposely put an offer on an item to see if seller was active and sure enough, they were! They accepted my offer. I had to reach out to them via the new offer about my order. They lied that everyone had COVID and they couldn’t respond to me but yet was well enough to accept offers! I requested a refund and it states that it has been refunded. It was 15 days and nothing from the seller.
