They accidentally sent a 4 Ohm, I sent an email, they responded same day, emailed me a return label, as soon as I put in the wrong item in the mail, they UPS'd the 8 Ohm replacement. That is awesome customer service. We all make mistakes, but by fixing it rapidly, I couldn't suggest this seller more. I would not hesitate to do business with them ever, hope they sell things I need in the future. Thanks again! A+++++

I was told they needed to check if they had yellow. I followed up and was sent an offer for 50 cents off. I incorrectly assumed that this meant it would be yellow. I received pink and when I told them I did not want pink, and would like to return or switch for yellow they ghosted me. No more communication. Terrible customer service.
