They were three days late and left the parcel 20m from our front door with no contact or message. They delivered at 11.14am on 13th and didn't send us a message until 10.15am on the 14th. If I hadn't checked the mail the parcel would have been left just inside our boundary in the rain and could easily have been stolen.
