    The Smeg kettle was describe as used but in as new condition. When the item arrived it was damaged although packaged really well with bubble wrap. The handle had broken off and laying at the bottom of the box which showed it did not happen in transit but packaged broken. Very, very disappointed. Seller offered me £12 as a partial refund which was an insult. Returned fortunately accepted and refund was quick.
