Doll wasn't very protected in the post but the seller had put extra protection around the doll's head/hair which is the important part. She had just been a little squished up into a small bag! But less posting materials is always better for the environment, and she was ok so I don't mind. Thank you!

The packaging on one of the boxes was slightly opened when I got it but that could be the fault of the post office to be honest. My issue was with the description. I received a doll with a slashed face and a doll with nail polish or something painted on top of her lips. The value of the bundle is still worth it to me, it’s just slightly upsetting to not have known beforehand about these issues.
