    losing weight without trying, can't ask for more.

    An aide to accelerating your weight loss results, when combined with a healthy eating plan and more exercise. It works best with a lob carb diet rich in low fat protein and moderate amounts of low GI starch such as oats or lentils. But you'd lose weight on a diet like this anyway so exact results when using this cannot easily be gauged.
