    Worth the monet.

    This is an inexpensive billhook but it is value for money. It came extremely well packed even if it did take a few days. the advertised sheath is not a sheath as the handle has to go in first - it's a storage bag. It's not heavy but is an adequate weight to handle reasonably thick stuff - a few blows will sever a 5cm conifer branch. The handle is rough but a few minutes with sandpaper cures that. The steel of the blade is not of the same quality as the more expensive ones and does blunt a little. However, for 'light' gardening, that should not be any problem. It has trimmed the branches of a conifer that the storm felled perfectly well.
