Even has key word set for pump. Sale was poor quality rubbish balloons and NO pump. Asked seller to rectify and was told to suck eggs. 20 cheap balloons would be cost under $2 and this further suggests this seller is deliberately trying to mislead people. I have flagged with ebay that this is an attempt to scam people.
