      Not really positive but I hate to not check that box. Supplied with soft rubber half moon bushings instead of the metal reinforced type. Bought two sets and one came with fine threaded 3/8" locknuts but requires coarse and the other one came with only two 5/16" hex bolts and four are required plus other problems. NO QUALITY CONTROL AT ALL!
