A very good cook book to own

I find the Chicken A La King recipe which is hard to find in other cookbook. There are also three recipes for Meat Loaf. However, there are a lot of ingredients involved for most of the recipes. Therefore if you preferred quick & easy recipe I would recommend the Southern Living Heirloom cookbook. Even for a few recipes that work, it is well worth the money to get this book. There are a lot of chart to help you with what to purchase for salad, meat and etc.

    Great cookbook poor binding

I have had for many years and enjoyed it. The recipes are great. Unfortunately it is to large to be one volume. Mine fell apart. I ordered replacement and it came with spine broken already!
