I put this, as a friendly query only and not as a complaint at all, to the seller and was told to return items for a refund or go and buy with a different seller for a higher price IF I WASN'T HAPPY with their service but never got a satisfactory explanation as to why the listing was lacking important details, seller was deflecting and patronising.
