In addition to good shipping and comms, this seller has also provided great follow up service. Both guitars suffered some slight cosmetic dings in shipping (no fault of the seller because the guitars were securely wrapped in gig bags with bubble wrap and paper, I think UPS was just rough with the packages) and they were quick to file an insurance claim with UPS to get me compensation. I wanted actual photos of the guitar and they sent me multiple good photos from different angles and offered a refund if I wasn't happy with the pattern of the wood. Shipping was fast and it was packaged very well but the courier dropped it at my door step, there is a very small dent, not noticeable unless you really look carefully so I'm not concerned.
