To make matters worse, it was only wrapped in small bubble wrap in a polybag, so as to be expected, arrived damaged. I immediately contacted the seller, and sent photos to validate, and they did respond right away. I'd requested a refund or the correct keyboard, and eventually after discussion, they decided to settle their mistake by issuing a full refund. Thank you!
