      Buyer placed an order for Redvelvet cookies.Buyer lives in Alaska my business is in Appalachian Mountains in Kentucky we are located several states away.Buyer message me about not receiving order on time I replied it was held up because of severe weather order was 3 days late. I explained situation and gave full refund along with our apologies however she reported my business and made false allegations and defaming our name on my account our attorney will be handling this matter from here .
