    One of the best buying experiences I’ve had in over 20 years on eBay. The helmet arrived next day but had a deep scratch on the inside of the visor which was obscured by the Arai protective film. I messaged the seller and they dispatched a replacement helmet on an overnight service and arranged for the same courier to collect the defective helmet and return it to them. The progress messages I received from their customer services were informative and helpful. Great company to deal with!
