It was spose to be shipped from south Aus and after i questioned why i hadn't received the item 3 weeks later i was informed it was coming from Pakistan and promised a tracking number for it, which i never got after asking every 2 days. They did however refund the item swiftly after i requested it, but dont enjoy being told my item is coming when it clearly was not.

The hat was shipped in a plastic bag and arrived permanently crushed. I reshaped it by hand and with the assistance of the good folks at Boot Barn. The seller refunded me about 20% of the price for my trouble, and was communicative and understanding. It was a hassle, but the hat looks great now and i'm proud to wear it. I would buy again from this seller.
