    Opens Many Features In Converter

    As you can tell from the photo, there are many buttons and with good reason. This converter box has exceptional features not found on many boxes, and though you can operate on/off and channel select on the box without the remote you cannot retrieve menus, captions, direct selection of channels, programming lists and many other bling features. This remote is specific to my converter box and I am very glad I bought it.

    Craig digital converter

    I have to manually turn it on and after a few hours it shuts itself off.. Annoying when I'm watching a show. I've had similar Craig products over the years. This is the first one with these features. Maybe it conserves energy?

    Quality of remote control is lacking.

    The device seems to work but the remote control is not reliable! When picking or changing channels it often only gets one of the numbers and seems to stick on that number. I would like to be able to use a universal remote but need instructions how to interface with your device. Help!!
