Shipped a folded poster in a bubble mailer with absolutely no protection whatsoever. When I reached out with photos of extensive damage, he was rude and refused to accept the return, indicating that the listing "said the item would be folded." Yes. I get that it's going to be folded. But you still have to protect it. He used abusive language and began hurling insults in messages. Avoid at all costs, as this seller is terrible. BEWARE!!!!!!!!
