I purchased a plug-in play steering wheel with airbag and cover from them and it is incompatible with my vehicle. A shop had to rewire everything but they we’re not going to mess with the airbag. I sent them my exact year, make, and model and paid extra for plug-in play. I notified them about the situation and sent them pics upon their request . The steering wheel sent was fully compatible, and if your mechanic had reached out before rewiring anything, we would have easily been able to solve this as we offered a step-by-step guide, and have technicians available to you for live support.
