Missing screws, wrong wiring, no neutral safety switch hookup, no dash bracket ,this isn't even the right column for my truck even though it says it is. Every time I asked questions or for advice for installation, they claimed they knew nothing. After hundreds of dollars and lots of labor, I knew this was the wrong column so I told them I wanted to return it and they offered me 10% return. How insulting. 0/10 recommend this company. Garbage

And in Tx, it's been steadily getting close to 90 nearly every day. They basically said no problem. We will send you another, which they did. And hallelujah! It wasn't broken. Going to be installing it in a few hours. Thank you to this company.
