    read adds carefully. purchased headlights at low price. Ad spelled out specs. as if bulbs were included but although it did state not very obviously that bulbs were not included. When receiving product, I notified I did not receive bulbs and was told that bulbs were not included. I asked for a shipping label. and was offered a free set of bulbs. I accepted and waited to put in feedback. the bulbs have not come, and I need to put in my feedback. I am hoping seller will fix, so giving neutral eval
