I offered to return the items or record a quick video showing they were inoperable. Seller was satisfied with the video and stated he would issue a refund. Overall I was very pleased with the response and refund, unfortunately I’m going to have to find replacements but I am overall happy. Great Service!

When it was dropped off, it was very late on a Friday which resulted in the carrier not moving it until Monday.     a typical card card from hp

    Initially couldnt get past bios self test, had to turn off rom setting in bios and flash card to latest firm ware. Didn't come with the super cap battery. No biggie had a spare. Also had to mount a cpu cooler fan to keep cpu from over heating
