    Great Book!!

    This book had some delicious recipes that I tried and were easy to cook. Of course you need a background in cooking this type of food because of thee vast array of spices. But with a little practice you can master these dishes. I particularly liked the recipes from the Gulf region such as Oman. The Turkish dishes are worth a try as well as those of Armenian and the Levant region. This cookbook is well worth buying if you love Middle Eastern cuisine.
