      Hard to find

      Glad to find a supplier that will provide a high carbon steel spatula instead of substituting a stainless steel model. I use an old cafe spatula that is carbon steel and enjoyed it so much I wanted to get a backup. The sanitation regulations makes the plastic handled stainless steel versions more practical but I just like the ring of the carbon steel.

      best spatula I've ever used

      I've been in food service for almost 15 years now and I've never owned a better, more durable spatula. I bought this one to gift my boss because when I left for my culinary stage I left it with him and he fell in love with it. I added a picture of mine alongside his. Mine is 3 years old and the sides only needed honed a few times in that many years.
