The seller then contacted me through e bay to say that his courier did not delivery out to my area of town, l might add that all couriers deliver to my6 door including Oz Post which l suggested he use. The next contac l had been refunded the $14:69. After checking his listing again l found that, the cost of $14:69 was for one tube, he had update the page to reflect the cost. So if you want to do business with a crook your choice
