This Nikon AF lens features close range optical correction system (CRC), which provides for optimum performance at both near and far focusing distances. The Nikkor 16mm is a wide angle (180°) f/2.8D lens producing full frame images even in tight interiors. Also, this compact Nikon AF lens features Nikon Super Integrated Coating (SIC) that minimizes flare as well as ghost, thus providing good color balance. Moreover, this f/2.8D lens is equipped with both autofocus and manual operations.
