Lightweight, not bulky like lots of smartwatches. Not as many bells and whistles, but it pretty much does what I need. Love the ease of changing bands compared with Samsung. I had a Sense 1 and loved it but am having anxiety issues. I really debated getting this because the reviews said it wasn't worth the upgrade. I absolutely love the 2 and am so glad I upgraded. I can monitor my moods and anxiety and if a trigger happens, the watch detects it and asks what happened. It keeps me well aware of my environment and keeps me mindful of when I need a break. If you have anxiety or are a chronic worrier, I highly recommend this!
