The next day I received an email showing the side of the packaging box with instructions which had been covered with a label which could not be removed. So , Seller! Be careful this does not happen with future orders. I am grateful that the seller responded quickly . I cannot give more than 3 stars presently as this product has to be used continually before results can be assessed.

    Easy to use remote

    This was bought as a direct replacement for the one supplied new with the TV. It does everything that the original did and is very lightweight, so easy for my elderly mother who has the JVC telly. All buttons have a nice feel and work properly. Highly recommended
