    Two Thumbs Down and One Star and that is Generous

    II found the 4 DVD set to be a total BORE. It is a WASTE of time and money, to say it is not the least bit challenging is quite the understatement! SERIOUSLY, a person should be PAID if any time is spent watching or engaging in their so called workout(s). The workout programs are so elementary and did I say BORING? At times it appeared as if the instructor was making up things (rather badly I might add) as she went along. I was doing a quick scan of each workout program prior to my actual workout and found the programs so worthless (and did I say Boring?) and a total waste of time that I did not even bother wasting my time reviewing the hip hop program. If you are a 99 year old, one lung, emphysema patient needing a hip replacement, you MIGHT find it challenging and even under those conditions and circumstances, a good 2-3 run throughs you would have outgrown it and need something more challenging. In case I have not communicated clearly my thoughts and opinions on the aforementioned, SAVE YOUR MONEY! You should be PAID to take if off someone's hands. My 3 year old could produce more challenging and entertaining workout programs. If it was a prosecutorial crime to steal a persons time, this 4 DVD set workout program(s) would be considered public enemy number 1, as well as, at the top of the FBI's most wanted list. Oh yeah, did I forget to mention it was/is BORING?
