    It's worth the money to try Martin's answer to Elixirs!!!

    These are by far the best guitar strings I have ever used without question although they're high (not me, not yet, I wait til the eveming, GOD BLESS MARIJUANA CARDS!!!!!) I digress hehe....in fact the highest I've ever paid for strings, even elixirs, but I've yet to play them long enough to see what their longevity is like and interestingly enough the high E and the B string that is yellow in tone coloration vs the steel or silver we are all used to, but they sound amazing feel fantastic, and play with a sound quality that is unrivaled in my 20+ year experience!!!!

    Martin Strings Can't Be Beat!

    I've used a lot of guitar strings and the Martin Lifespans sound the best, last the longest, and are the best value. Martin is a great company and treats their customers with respect. If you need help they will back you up. I would recommend these to anyone who plays guitar.

    Best medium gauge strings

    These are the strings recommended for my D-45 by the Martin Factory. They have a bell like tone and have a good feel when I play with my finger picking Scruggs style. They are long lasting and provide a rich tone. I play in Live Cafes here in Daejeon, Korea and they also work well with the electronics. Not the cheapest strings but for my style of playing, they are the best for my flat top acoustical guitar. Very pleased with them.

    Prefer MSP7200’s over new Authentics!

    Been using these for years on a lightly braced guitar. I was not happy with the new Martin Authentics that replaced them; they did not have the same snap and brightness that I preferred....so I found more of the MSP7200 strings and bought them!!
