They arranged for a refund without any fuss. ALWAYS KEEP THE PACKAGING until you're 100% sure the product works as advertised.

When contacted, they provided convoluted information which is not backed by the manufacturer if the lights. I had to wait 10 days for the products and not am wasting tine to organise things with seller, then will have to wait more days for other purchase to arrive. All of these loss of time and energy occurred due to the incorrect advertising on ebay. Compensation?
