    First time I ordered from this seller, I accidentally put the wrong address. Seller would not refund, even though the items would've been returned when the homeowner rejected the package. Months went by. Nothing. Tracking was a joke. Wouldn't update beyond "sent to the US." I ordered another one, made sure I put right address, and STILL haven't received item. Months later! I don't believe this seller actually shipped any product to me, as no tracking info was provided. Won't refund me. SCAMMER!

    both items were sent with tracking number provided to the ebay and buyer - as she didnt bother to claim the items - they were returned to sender - she oppened a case on ebay and they dissmissed it as it was proven she was in the wrong
