It protects your investment... 'nuff said.
I service mixers l, so to me it is a no brainer, it stops dust and debris getting into the mixer and faders which can speed up wear on the controls and cause intermittent drop-outs and crackles when moving the sliders and knobs. Protects the face plate, faders and knobs from damage. Prolongs the service life of the mixer, will require less frequent servicing. Fits perfectly, but I would prefer a softer interface between the decksaver and to the top of the mixer, such as a strip of felt tape at the contact points.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
