This could’ve been preventable with adequate packaging around the exterior, mainly the corners, & then perhaps a box in a box. Sometimes you just can’t be too careful with box monkeys when they’re swinging from brown truck trees delivering all their box bananas. Occasionally, you still drop your box bananas. It was purchased to replace an item that was merely broken, however, this is beyond what we had before, lol!

The package did not have fragile written on the box so I assume it was broken in transit. Seller did have them wrapped carefully so I can’t blame the seller. Not a deal breaker because I only needed one. The price was fair and I didn’t contact the seller to tell them one was broken so I would recommend this seller.
