  • Very good, but newer versions better. Meets our needs

A definite improvement to the earlier versions. I especially like that notices are displayed on the screen and that I am alerted when a cell phone call is received. I can have the phone muted at a meeting but still be alerted when I get my anticipated call. Accurate step count. Need to charge every 3rd day. Will look into Charge 3 and 4 with water proof features, gps, and better battery life.

  • Great features for the money

I owned a Fitbit Charger 1 your several years. This was such a great price I thought I would upgrade. I'm glad I did. This one has more features then the previous one. I can record my weight and elliptical exercise know. If I want, it will give me notifications to move more or when I have a phone call. I like that I can change the band if I choose to.

  • Charge2?

With a name of Charge 2. The product should be easier to set up to charge. There is an indicator when the charge is set, the slightest vibration upsets the charge, therefore, set it to charge needs to be done with both hands, set it down gently..... reset. After 2-3 retries I’m not happy. I set it to charge, finally it’s charging after I set it down....plane flues over head and the Fitbit is not charging. I’ve had to have it 2-3 days trying to keep it charging from outside vibrations. Not an effective charging system. 😫 The functions seem to be accurate as long as I don’t want to be exact on the steps. It records extras if I stride with my arms in motion as normal. The little flick of my wrist to see the time doesn’t work. I have to touch Fitbit to show the time. Often need to tap it several times. Overall it works. Just not as well as it was touted to perform. 🤨 I love being able to switch bands. Great feature. 😄 Now that my fitbit is lost I will update the band comment: There is a variety of bands to make the watch adaptable to any outfit. Thats great. However, The metal bands with magnetic closures are not to be trusted. The magnetic closures can stick to other metal items and release the tracker. Mine opened and my Fitbit disappeared. 😩Same situation happened to my friends fitbit, fortunately she recovered hers. Stick with the rubber / silicone watch band that comes with the tracker.

  • Overkill for My Wife

The Fitbit was purchased as a gift for my wife had had to have a "Fitbit". No off brands. She uses the heart rate monitor (sometimes) and watches steps (which she doesn't trust). The product is good. It has plenty of features just perfect for the actively exercising person and it looks lie it will sync with other fitness programs.. It's overkill for her.

  • Love it! Love it!

Young folks think they have all the latest gadgets. Well, I’m 74 and I love this thing. I Especially like the notification feature for messages and phone calls when I’m away from my phone. And it does remind me to move. So I’m going to move until I’m 100. It is so comfortable I forget I’m wearing it.

  • Fitbit Charge 2 - Just the Right Fit

I was looking for a Fitbit to primarily track my sleep and activity. The Charge 2 Fitbit is a perfect fit, it’s light weight, and does more than I need. I love it.

  • Great features and easy to use

This product is discontinued & now difficult to replace in Australia. I love this watch so much I found a new one through eBay in USA.

  • FitBit Charge 2 - Love it but....

I had a little difficulty figuring out how to get notifications on the watch. I had to download the manual. I finally figured it out, however, I still don't always get notifications. As for accuracy, the step counting is way off. All you have to do is move your arm in a circular motion to add steps. I especially notice this when I'm knitting. Even with these things, I love the watch. The battery life is awesome. I can go more than a week without charging.
